Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic/ technical drawings, including 2D and 3D models, mechanical and electrical system arrangement for Oil and Gas industries

• Familiar with structural engineering drawings.

• Review & prepare proposed materials and equipment according to specification requirements.

• Follow design specifications and translate complex concepts into clear and concise drawings.

• Understand project requirements and concepts

• Collaborate with team members and clients to incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings.

• Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications

• Perform calculations for dimensions, materials, and weight limitations.

• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to drafts and designs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software and drafting techniques.

 

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Draughtsman.

• Strong knowledge in drafting technical drawings, fabrication drawings

 

Job Requirements:

• Able to work independently to meet dateline and work efficiently.

• Strong understanding of drafting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D and SOLIDWORKS

• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software and Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in Sketch UP is an advantage

• Experience in product design is an added advantage

• Familiarity in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical design drawings is an added advantage

• Ability to think out of the box and demonstrate creativity

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor
